CPSC, ECR International Announce Recall to Repair of Gas Boilers

CPSC published a recall notice for Gas-fired boilers from Gas-fired on May 2, 2002. CPSC identifies this hazard: The burners on these boilers could produce excess carbon monoxide (CO) in the flue, due to improper combustion, posing a risk of CO poisoning to consumers. The official remedy states: Consumers should contact ECR International immediately to arrange for a free repair.
