Square D Recalls Safety Switches Due to Shock or Electrocution Hazard

CPSC published a recall notice for General Duty Safety Switches from Square D Co. on December 15, 2006. CPSC identifies this hazard: The safety switch can continue to supply electricity even after being placed in the "OFF" position.
